Breaking Benjamin...qu'est-ce que c'est?
Breaking Benjamin est un groupe de metal alternatif américain originaire de Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvanie, fondé en 1998 par le chanteur Benjamin Burnley et l' ancien batteur Jeremy Hummel.
Le nom du groupe provient du fait que lors d' un concert de sa carrière solo Benjamin Burnley fît tomber son micro et le cassa, le propriétaire du micro lui cria alors du fond des coulisses "Merci d' avoir cassé mon micro Benjamin", le groupe s' étant brièvement appelé "plan 9" en 1999, c' est à la fin 2000 après de nombreux changements de membres et après que Aaron Fink et Mark Klepaski, du groupe "Lifer", aient rejoint leur ami Burnley qu' ils décidérent de lui donner le nom qu' il porte aujourd'hui.
A noter que leur titre "Forget it " a fait parti des musiques présentes dans le célèbre film Américan Pie "Band camp" et dans la célèbrisime série One tree Hill qui est couramment appelé " Les freres scott " .
